We have already discussed/learned about:

:a numerator and what it tells us
:a denominator and what it tells us
:fractions names for halves, thirds, fourths, sixths, and eighths.
This unit will take us a few weeks to get through as we will be moving forward to finding equivalent fractions and comparing fractions.
