To end our unit on the Northeast Region, we went on a little train tour! We started off in West Quoddy Head in Maine then traveled to Mt. Washington in New Hampshire. Then, we stopped off in Plymouth, Massachusetts where we went on a virtual tour of the Mayflower II. After the tour, we visited Boston. Back in the train we went so we could visit Hershey, Pennsylvania. There we took a virtual tour of the Hershey Chocolate Factory we got off the "train" to assemble our own Hershey chocolate kiss. Our tour then continued to Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. We ended our tour in New York City, reading a few facts about the Empire State Building and enjoying a piece of a New York bagel.
